<<< NOTE >>>
I try to write programs that are self explanitory as my documentation
skills are not that good. All my programs have the following built in
as not to crash your system.
1: Full error checking
2: Graceful exit on ANY software error
3: Standard easy to understand menu's
Although each program written has the above checks built in, I cannot
be held responsible for loss or damage to data directly or indirectly
caused by one of my programs. I have taken every reasnable step to ensure
that all data read and or written to your system via my program is done
so in a graceful and standard manner.
<<< END NOTE >>>
PCBLST is a companion product for the registered version of PCB2HTM
by Ian Gerada (ian@nez.com)
What does PCBLST do ?
PCBLST will create script files that are read by PCB2HTM from the
information contained within your PCBoard DIR.LST file. There is
however one drawback with the information contained within the
DIR.LST file. It does not allow me to extract your FTP or HTTP
refrence information. So although PCBLST will compile a complete
DAT filr for PCB2HTM to read there is ONE line that will need to be
EDITED (Line #6)
PCBLST makes the creation of DAT file quick and easy. The only config
file that PCB2HTM needs is a simple config file. Listed below is the
breakdown of how to create (or edit the sample that comes with this
archive)
L:\PCB\GEN\DIR.LST ..................... Full path to your PCBoard DIR.LST
wall3.gif .............................. Background picture to use
3 ...................................... Border Width for the table
our list of files page ................. Reference for back to
http://www.nez.com/cair/cfiles.htm ..... Actual URL for line 4
Some hints
Run PCBLST from a path and in a NEW directory as it will create a DAT
file for each of your PCBoard directories mentioned in your DIR.LST
Simply delete the ones that you dont need. Edit the ones that you do
(ONE LINE) and away you go.
